Does House still have a home on my DVR?

I love it. I hate it. I love it again for being brilliant, then I hate it again for never changing. We kiss, make up, and then we break up. And then the cycle starts all over again.

Review: Tangled 2-disc Blu-Ray/DVD

Ask my parents, ask my close friends – hell, ask Lauren. They’ll all tell you: I have an unhealthy appreciation for Tangled. And who could blame me? It features original songs by Alan Menken, its two leads are voiced perfectly by Mandy Moore and Chuck’s Zachary Levi, it’s even produced by God of Pixar, himself, John Lasseter. And just in case those three elements weren‘t enough, it’s Walt Disney’s 50th animated film to date.

Yeah, the Mouse got it right this time.

Review: Chuck, “Chuck Versus the Family Volkoff”

Chuck returned to our screens Monday night with a bang. And thank the stars, because save for Chuck‘s last episode (“Chuck Versus the Muuurder”), this back-nine has been a bit, what’s the word, tepid. It’s nice to see Chuck get back to what it’s good at: Families and baddies and baddies with families. (And… feelings. Big feelings.)

The big point in this episode was Timothy Dalton‘s charismatic return as the newly reformed Alexei Volkoff. Though if Chuck has taught me anything, it’s trust no one, so who knows what’s really going on in that head of his.… Read More
