Another year, another Comic-Con. Where has the time gone? Yes, in just four short weeks, San Diego Comic-Con will be in full-gear. If you haven’t compiled what cool stuff to bring to survive the four day event, it’s time to get on it!

Not counting deodorant, clean clothes, water, snacks, and comfortable shoes, we’ve pulled together four of the most essential Comic-Con effects for both casual con goers and the hardcore fan boy/girl. Like a lot of people, I was fed up with the Royal Wedding before it even happened. And who could blame me? Here was an over-glorified, self-aggrandized dog and pony show in the face of death, destruction, recession, and Donald Trumps’s loose jaw. If anything, society should have frowned on the event from the get-go, and to be honest, I was even drafting an editorial on why I couldn’t care less about any of it.
